Located in Wuxi City, where not only takes advantages of favorable geographical location and convenient transportation access, but also an economic developed area, Jiangsu Zhuhong Forging Co., Ltd. occupies an area of more than 55,000 square meters. We are close to Grand Canal of China and on the north of Yangtze River.

Our company has become one of the professional and large-scale manufacturers of round steel forgings, quadrate steel forgings, forks and drawbenches etc. in the domestic market. With abundant technique strength, top-ranking quality control system and management, diversified products, our sales network spreads all over the world. We became a joint venture enterprise with American company in 2006, which invested two production lines - forging line and rolled bar forks line. We can supply 55,000MT of kinds of forks per year with capacity from 1 to 14 metric tons.

ZHUHONG FORGING professionally manufactures round steel forgings (dia. 140~850), quadrate steel forgings (150~500) of a variety kinds of materials, 1MT~5MT forks and drawbenches etc. The max. weight of steel ingot is 10MT for machining. The main forging material is steel such as molybdenum-nickel, alloy steel, mould steel, stainless steel and carbon steel. The output of round steel forgings may reach 60,000MT per year, and the output of forgings may reach 20,000MT, which are broadly applied to such industries as metallurgy, engineering, hydraulic pressure, port, watercraft enginery and so on.

The workshop of ZHUHONG has excellent forging equipment for machining 1600MT rapid forging hydraulic pressure machine groups, 5MT/8MT electrical hammer groups, 1MT/0.75MT/0.25MT air hammer groups, 630MT trio-connect extrusion hydraulic pressure machine groups, 315MT 4-column hydraulic pressure finishing machine groups, traveling cranes, loading forklifts, electrical saws and many heating boilers. Equipped with galvanothermy temper heat treatment device, quality inspecting & measuring department and flaw detection device, we employ more than 20 experienced and senior engineers.
